Yin Yoga targets the connective tissue of the body, wherein Chinese medicine is believed to store the Meridian channels. The meridians, at a basic level, are passageways that allow energy in the body to flow naturally. When these channels are “blocked” the body creates dysfunction, disease, and many other imbalances. With Yin Yoga, we’re able to clear some of these channels and open them up for free-flowing energy as well as increased circulation and improved flexibility.

Join Yeradmi for 2 hours of resetting our bodies' energy levels with a grounding, spring-inspired sequence. We'll explore ways to use meditation to nourish our brains, emotions, and overall energy.  Bring a journal, wear comfortable clothing and prepare yourself to receive.
