I create a safe space for my clients to unwind, connect with themselves and together we set an intention for our work together.
Some clients know exactly what they’d like to work on, others prefer I create a detailed blueprint to best move the energy in their mind and bodies.
We use techniques and modalities that include reiki, meditation, breathwork, yoga, writing/journaling, and Emotional Freedom Technique (or Tapping) to name a few.
My clients build their own tool box so that when they are met with difficult situations, people, or circumstances, they can access the tools they need, when they need it. I believe healing happens when intention meets action, and I serve as a reminder to my clients until they’re comfortable with this concept.
