Reiki is intended to support physical, emotional and mental health.
As a non-invasive and very nurturing way of resetting the body, the healing energy is said to move through the body and target the areas that are most in need of revitalization. Many people fall asleep during a session experiencing different imagery and, sometimes, feeling like they’ve travelled. Reiki targets a deep sense of overall relaxation.
Although I love the in-person experience of sharing reiki, it is also done just as effectively from afar.
